If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the undamaged item in its original condition within 30 days of the ship date for a refund of the item price. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. Custom-made orders are eligible for partial refund only. 30 Day guarantee does not apply to orders outside the United States.
How to Initiate a Return and Refund
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and request for a return authorization. We will NOT accept a return without a return authorization number.
- Upon receiving a return authorization number, follow the instructions in the email.
Or, if you were assigned your return authorization number over the phone, follow the instructions on the return insert included in your package.
If you did not receive an insert (or have misplaced it), simply write down the following information on a slip of paper and include it in your package: 1. Your return authorization number 2. Order number 3. Full name 4. Address 5. Phone 6. Return reason (will not affect your refund amount) and 7. The product SKU number. If you do not know the SKU number, leave this line blank.
- When we receive the package, the product is inspected, checked for damages, and tested to verify authenticity. Once it is passed, refund is processed. You should see the reimbursement of the purchase price back in your account within 24 to 48 hours after processing is complete.

90 Day Warranty
All our products come with a free 90 day warranty that entitles the customer to the following services:
(1) Exchange for the same product in a different ring size (if applicable) OR for a product of equal or lesser value.
(2) Ring sizing (limited to the ring’s sizing capacity).
(3) Refinishing. Includes cleaning, polishing and rhodium.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, which includes sending the product(s) to Diamond-Me and having the product(s) shipped back to the customer. Warranty does not apply to orders outside of the United States.
Voiding of Warranty
If at any time a piece of jewelry from Diamond-Me is tampered with or serviced by any jewelers other than our own, which includes ring sizing, diamond replacement or other jewelry services, all manufacturer's warranties become null and void and we can no longer accept the item as a return or exchange. We regret having this policy, however we cannot be sure of the skill of any jewelers other than our own, and we cannot accept returns on any items that may have been damaged.
